Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TMS in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

TMS is a web-based travel management platform that provides tools for:

• Order and booking management
• Package and category management
• Team and user role management
• Customer-facing booking pages
• Outreach email campaigns
• Calendar and scheduling integration

TMS is provided on a custom, private-access basis. Accounts are created by the platform administrator and are not available through self-registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• You must notify us immediately at hasan.e7san@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use TMS to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or misleading communications.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

If you connect a Gmail account to TMS for outreach purposes, you agree that:

• You are the authorised owner of or have permission to use that Gmail account.
• You will only send emails to recipients who have consented to receive communications from you.
• You will comply with applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• TMS is not responsible for any consequences arising from emails you send through the platform.

Your use of TMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TMS, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

All content, code, design, and functionality of TMS are the intellectual property of the developer (“Hasan”) unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of TMS without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or enter into TMS (orders, contacts, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating TMS on your behalf.

We aim to keep TMS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TMS may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMS and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMS and its developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TMS at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hasan.e7san@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of TMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
